Insanity Day 1!

Hiii! Its very late but I wanted to get my scores up on my Fit Test for the first week. I also posted a video right after I finished...Yeap! it kick my butt... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5nDIWMGG2s

Anyways! Here are my scores:

(8 exercises, reps x 1 minute)
1. Switch Kicks (2 kicks = 1 Rep) = (low kicks) 65
2. Power Jacks = 35
3. Power Knees = 50/ (in the video you only do one side but I did 50 at the end to the other leg) :)
4. Power Jumps = 20
5. Globe Jumps = 6 -_- (these are harder than I thought)
6. Suicide Jumps (burpees) = 10 (ughh shoes slipping and got outta breathe!)
7. Push - up Jacks = 20 (I did plank jacks held for count of 5 each)
8. Low Plank Oblique (Plank w/ Side Knee Tucks) = 35 (again shoe slipping on tile but still got sore)

Over all I am happy I got through it. Haven't had a decent work out in quite some time. Laura was a great inspiration for me to even purchase Insanity. This is her YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT?ob=0

I will spend some time after I shower planning more in detail everything I will be doing but for now it's work from 8-5, Insanity 6-7 or at 11pm (like today), and maybe next week I will add extra work outs in the morning.. I'm not exactly new to this working out world - just got lazy the last year or two....
